Refund Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair refund process, please note the following terms:

Unboxing Video is Mandatory
A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps us verify any damage during shipping. -
Product Received Damaged
If the product is visibly damaged in the unboxing video, you will be eligible for a full refund. -
No Refund for Damage After Unboxing
If the damage occurs after unboxing or no video is provided, the refund request will not be accepted.
Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and returned to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a member of the Daunchie team will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details to process the refund securely.
Additional Notes

Ensure the product is returned unused and in its original condition, if applicable.
