Refund Policy

Effective Date: 14-05-2025

To ensure a smooth and fair refund process, please note the following terms:

  • Unboxing Video is Mandatory
    A clear unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened. This helps us verify any damage during shipping.

  • Product Received Damaged
    If the product is visibly damaged in the unboxing video, you will be eligible for a full refund.

  • No Refund for Damage After Unboxing
    If the damage occurs after unboxing or no video is provided, the refund request will not be accepted.


Refund Process

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days and returned to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a member of the Daunchie team will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details to process the refund securely.


Additional Notes

  • Ensure the product is returned unused and in its original condition, if applicable.

  • Daunchie reserves the right to reject refund claims that do not meet the above conditions.
